In partnership with RFYouth Boxing, this initiative promotes resilience through boxing, mindfulness, and creative expression. By integrating movement, art, and conversation, we help youth develop confidence, discipline, and emotional well-being.

Funded by a CT Humanities Grant in 2023, this initiative brought public art to life through community-driven murals at Westhill High School that promote mental health awareness, storytelling, and community arts engagement.
