WHAT IS THE T3 DREAM LAB?
T3 Dream Lab is a hands-on creative career mentorship program for high school students who want to explore ideas, be creative, develop their post high school plans and work with professional artists and creative mentors from the community.
Through hands-on creative practice, exposure to creative working professionals, and guided mentorship, youth move through three intentional phases of growth.
Transform: Build confidence, focus, and emotional regulation through creative practice.
Transcend: Explore real-world career pathways and expand what feels possible.
Thrive: Develop leadership, clarity, and a sense of direction for the future.
The program centers wellness, access, equity, and the arts offering scholarships to ensure that cost is never a barrier to participation.
